INFORMATION REGARDING CAR PHONE KITS
From the 1st December 2003 it is a specified offence to use
a hand-held phone, or similar device, when driving. The penalty
will be a fixed on the spot £60 fine and 3 points on
your licence or up to £1000 on conviction in court.
